Nature of Products

Fruits and More sells fresh and perishable food items. Due to their nature, refunds and cancellations are subject to strict conditions.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Subscription changes must be requested at least 24 hours before delivery.

Refund Eligibility

As Fruits and More deals in perishable goods, refunds are provided only under the following conditions:

  • "Incorrect item delivered"
  • "Damaged or spoiled items at delivery"
  • "Non-delivery despite confirmed order"

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on the payment gateway.
