Delivery Coverage
Fruits and More currently delivers to select locations within Bengaluru and nearby serviceable areas. Delivery availability depends on customer location, product type, and delivery slot availability.
Delivery Timelines
Most orders are delivered on the same day or next day. Subscription deliveries follow the selected schedule (daily, weekly, or monthly).
Order Processing
Orders are processed only after payment confirmation. Orders placed after the daily cut-off time may be delivered the next working day.
Perishable Goods Handling
All fruits are perishable items. Cut fruits and chocolate fruits are prepared on the day of delivery and packed hygienically to ensure freshness and quality.
Failed or Missed Deliveries
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or access issues, the order may be rescheduled if feasible. For perishable items, refunds may not be possible once dispatched.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout. Some subscription plans may include free delivery.
Subscription Delivery Changes
Subscription customers may pause or reschedule deliveries with advance notice. Same-day changes may not be possible for prepared items.
Delays & Exceptions
Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions or government restrictions. Customers will be notified where possible.
